Refund Policy

Our Commitment
We want you to be satisfied with your analysis. If something goes wrong on our end, we will make it right.
Full Refund — Eligible Cases
You are entitled to a full refund if:
- We do not deliver your report within the stated delivery window (5 or 7 business days) and you have not been notified of a delay
- Your submitted video was unplayable or unsuitable and we cannot complete the analysis
- You cancel your order within 24 hours of payment, provided analysis has not yet started
Partial Refund or Credit
In cases where work has already begun but you are unsatisfied with the quality, we will review your case individually and offer a partial refund or credit toward a future analysis at our discretion.
No Refund
Refunds are not available once the report has been delivered. If you believe there is an error or significant omission in your analysis, contact us and we will review it.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at hello@padelcourtcoach.com with your order details. We respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
