Terms of Service

1. The Service

Padel Court Coach provides remote video analysis of padel matches. By purchasing an analysis, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

Upon purchase and video submission, you will receive a written analysis report and annotated video clips within the stated delivery window:

• Set analysis (~30 min): 5 business days
• Match analysis (~90 min): 7 business days

This service is operated by Mariano Brizuela, Buenos Aires, Argentina.

3. Video Requirements

To ensure a quality analysis, your video must:

• Show at least one full set of play
• Be filmed from a stable position with both players visible
• Be submitted within 14 days of payment

If the submitted video does not meet minimum quality requirements, we will contact you to arrange a replacement or issue a refund per our Refund Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

Analysis reports, coaching notes, and annotated clips are provided for your personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish them without written permission.

You retain full ownership of the match video you submit. By uploading it, you grant us a limited license to use it solely for producing your analysis.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our analysis is professional coaching feedback based on video observation. It does not constitute medical or physiotherapy advice. We are not liable for injuries or outcomes resulting from following our recommendations.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law (Netherlands), given our primary operating jurisdiction.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
